How many inspirational stories do you know of where someone succeeded and overcame great challenges yet had poor mental health and excellent physical health? I can't think of any at the moment. Most therapists are very flexible with their hours and your needs. If you do not find one you like right away, do not give up. There are plenty out there and finding the right one for you will just take a bit of research and time.

There are times when all other forms of heath will just not be enough. Sometimes people need to get medication for their mental health. There is nothing to be ashamed of. Medication of this type is of the utmost importance. Our brain controls the entire body and without it being in complete control, there can be dire consequences.
